What is mobile hotspot device?
A mobile hotspot device is a device that creates internet access where multiple devices can connect to the internet at the same time. It allows you to securely connect to your unlimited internet whenever you need it, without having to look for public wifi.
How many devices can be connected?
You can connect up to 10 devices to your Pocket WiFi. Please note that all the connected devices will share the connection speed, so all devices connected at a time could slow down your connection noticeably.
What kind of device will I receive?
You will receive your Mobile Hotspot Device with a 4G speed Connection.
What is the coverage like?
Take A WiFi partners with the leading mobile telecom operators Turkey to provide you unlimited and secure WiFi connection available. While there will always be great coverage in populated countries and towns, If you are traveling to unspecified areas, we recommend you to contact us so, Take A WiFi Customer Support team can verify the coverage.
Can I put the Sim card in another mobile device?
The SIM card that is included inside your device is intended to be used with the portable WiFi that is provided to you.
What is the fair usage limit for the data?
The fair usage limits are set by the operators. If you exceed the fair usage limit, no extras will be charged and the connection will remain as 4G speed.
Can I use SMS or make calls?
Currently, we do not support the use of SMS or calls on our devices, but you will be able to use any online SMS or call applications with the 4G speed Portable WiFi.
What are the charges for lost/stolen devices?
If your WiFi Hotspot is lost or stolen please check out our Terms and Conditions.
Is there a coverage on a cruise / out at the sea?
Take A WiFi offers great coverage on land, but maritime coverage will vary on your distance out at the sea. We recommend that you check your Pocket WiFi connection with the cruise operator if there is Mobile data coverage on the cruise.
How can I book a device?
You can make an online booking via our website. Go to the landing page, specify your rental period and device amount, then click the button underneath the form. Please try not to enter incomplete or incorrect info. You can contact us for assistance.
Where can I pick up the device?
You can pick up your device from our supported locations at the airports, from the reception of your hotel, or we can deliver it to the address you specify.
What shipping options are available?
Airport, Hotel, Airbnb or Home address delivery options are available for rent your unlimited WiFi Hotspot. For further details, click on the Delivery Options tab or please contact our Take A WiFi Customer Support Team.
Can I place a last minute order?
Take A WiFi can deliver your unlimited Mobile Hotspot the same day if you place your order before 12.00 am, please get in touch with our Customer Support Team to get more details about Same Day Delivery Cities. If your delivery request is the last minute, and need to be delivered on Sunday, also, please contact our Take A WiFi Customer Support Team via live chat for service availability.
How can I return the Pocket WiFi after the rental period?
You can return your Portable WiFi Router from Airports, Hotels or Airbnb options are available. For further details about returning you Pocket WiFi, please click on the Return Options tab or please contact our Take A WiFi Customer Support Team.
Can I change my booking information after placing an order?
Are you willing to make any changes regarding your booking information? Please contact us as soon as possible, thus we can manage to deliver your Portable WiFi Hotspot on time.
Is it possible to extend my rental during my reservation?
It is always possible for you to extend your Pocket WiFi rental. In such a situation please contact with Take A WiFi Customer Support team.
How can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your Mifi device reservation without any penalties 3 day before your reservation’s starting date. Otherwise, we will have to charge you for the delivery cost and refund you the rest of the amount.
